Catamenia is a melodic black metal band from Finland, founded in 1995 by original members Riku Hopeakoski and Mika Tönning in Oulu. With a lengthly discography the band are back with there new release VIII - The Time Unchained, the new album album is very variable and includes aggressive, fast guitar riffing with blasting drums, screaming vocals and low grunts but still having the traditional Catamenia melodies and clean vocals.
