After 3 strong studio albums and tours with a. o. Edguy and Jon Oliva´s Pain, in Spring 2008 German Power metallers DIONYSUS decided to lay the band to rest. Two members left the band and due to this fact the remaining members were not willing to continue. As a special “thank you” for their true fans (and everybody who isn´t familiar with DIONYSUS yet), the band releases “Keep The Spirit – The Best Of Dionysus”, their farewell album. Besides 13 classic DIONYSUS tunes (all taken from the band´s 3 studio albums) also “Key Into The Past” (bonus track from Japanese “Sign Of Truth”), “Bringer Of Salvation” (limited edition bonus from “Fairytales And Reality”) and the video clip for “Time Will Tell” are included!
