GREAT REISSUE OF THIS CLASSIC OF ENGLISH THRASH! The original 1982 line up was Pinch on drums, Jon Murray on guitar, Wakey on vocals and Wattie on bass guitar. They released "Mad Punks and English Dogs"EP and the album "Invasion of the Porky Men".Wakey left the band and as they were interested in following a more Metal based direction they asked lead guitarist Gizz Butt to join and with new vocalist Adie Bailey they recorded 'Ends of the Earth' 12" and the cult album "FORWARD INTO BATTLE" Everyone was really into the full on metal solo thing and the band took off. After "Metalmorphosis" 12" and "Where Legend Began" album the Dogs disbanded but a new line up with Wakey back on vocals formed in 1993 and released "Bow to None". Wakey left and after releasing an EP "What a wonderful feeling to be fucked by everyone" with Pid (of Police Bastard) on vocals the band became a 3 piece with Gizz on Lead vocals and guitar and released "All The World's A Rage".Gizz then joined The Prodigy and the band came to an end. Good news for Dogs fans now though as the band has reformed with Mark 1 members Wakey , Jon Murray and Wattie in the line - up.Gizz and Pinch are not participants in the present line up but with the lads all the best of luck.
