The band was formed in November 2001 as a side-project of good friends who at the same time were the members of other Polish metal bands such as Thy Disease, Decapitated, Crionics, Sceptic, Virgin Snatch, Serpentia, Death Sea. Their intention was to create a band that would pay tribute to their favorite bands, such as Cannibal Corpse and Cryptopsy. Their Latest offering "Red Revolution" is a middle finger aimed directly at the years of Stalinism in Poland and abroad, adorned with heavy riffs, daring and cynical lyrics, solos and diversified vocals sung by two singers (!!!). Add all this to outstanding drums and devastating riffs that resist all classification and it turns out that Anal Stench develops into a significant representative of Polish metal scene. It's hard to say what the future will bring but one may assume that Anal Stench will soon show its real potential...
