In early 2003, bassist David Ellefson, formerly bass player of Megadeth, guitarist Steve Conley and drummer Dave Small began their new group F5. Shortly thereafter vocalist Dale Steele and guitarist John Davis rounded out the lineup. With an explosively dynamic and creative force the group quickly wrote and completed their debut album, “A Drug For All Seasons” due for release in the summer of 2005 worldwide. ”This is a powerful, heavy band with hooks, melodies and undeniable musicianship found in the most seasoned groups,” states Ellefson. “We have an strong chemistry on this record and the unique sound of the band really shines in today’s modern vs. old school metal landscape.”
