Far from being a speed fest (in search of the end of the song by the quickest route) these guys aren’t afraid to venture into the almost “Prog Death” of epic soundscapes favoured by Opeth and Amorphis - subtle guitar leads and quieter and quieter passages combined with a fearsome riff’o’rama and some of the sickest vocals since John Tardy first drew breath. Recorded at Philia Studios, and with production coming from Pete Brown (Anathema, Desecration, George Harrison etc), NIGHTMARE VISIONS are one of the UK’s finest/brightest hopes amongst the tombstones of extreme music.
